You receive a complete report delivered directly to your email or phone.

Emergencies do not wait for business hours — and neither does your Steward. Our dedicated emergency line is answered 24 hours by a real member of your Steward team, not a call center or answering service. When something goes wrong at your property, we respond the same evening. Burst pipe, storm intrusion, HVAC failure, security breach, pool emergency, flood intrusion — we arrive equipped, document the situation with photos, take immediate mitigation action, and coordinate emergency vendors within the same visit. You receive a full incident report and follow-up within 24 hours.

Storm Services

Storm Preparation

Secured to a defined protocol before every named storm.

The Florida Keys require a different level of storm preparedness than anywhere else. Every named storm triggers our full storm preparation protocol — a defined, documented sequence of actions that protects your property and vessel. We secure shutters and hurricane panels, bring in or strap down patio and dock furniture, clear drains and gutters, check vessel lines and cleats, top off propane if applicable, and document the pre-storm condition of the entire property. After the storm passes, we return for a thorough post-storm inspection and produce a damage report suitable for insurance submission.

Marine Services

Vessel Tending

Your boat ready when you arrive, maintained while you are away.

Your boat sits in the Florida Keys sun, salt air, and weather for months at a time. Without regular attention, small issues become expensive repairs. Our Vessel Tending service keeps your boat in launch-ready condition between your visits — battery maintenance, bilge checks, line inspection and adjustment, motor flush (for outboards), fuel stabilization, cover integrity check, and interior airing. When you arrive in the Keys, your boat is ready to go. We also coordinate any needed service or repairs with vetted marine technicians.

Our Debris and Property Care service keeps your grounds, systems, and seasonal needs managed throughout the year. Post-storm debris removal, seasonal property open and close, AC filter replacement, propane level checks, water softener and filtration system checks, exterior rinse, and routine grounds tidying — all handled on schedule without requiring you to call and request.
